IIRC that was Chicago on exercises. The guys weren't exactly proud of the picture, but geez, look at the water. Whatcha gonna do?
Which reminds me of the time I got caught I mean dissuaded from letting the first lieutenant paint our ship the color of the Gulf sea floor once we went into the Strait...something about cold freaking out the brass having a desert cammie ex-SSBN in the AG...
would have been entertaining, though.
